Wahl Eversharp Pens

The pen shown is a Wahl Eversharp Doric. It is a second generation Doric produced somewhere between 1935 and 1939 (approximately), and it is unique in that is it absolutely mint; I didn't clean the huge ink-window, which is completely transparent. The pen carries an 18 Karat Eversharp nib, and that seems to indicate a pen produced for the French or Italian market. Another unusual feature is an imprint on the barrel: "United States of America". The cap carries the 'normal' imprint. The pen is a senior          standard size. See more pics on the following pages.
